No. ERPs provide transactional data and are directly integrated into the Warehouse Management System(s) which may provide “parts” of labor-management statistical data only within their environment. ERPs do not fetch data from outside systems to provide a central data collection point. Zeros provides a centralized platform that provides lower-level mechanical (Capital Equipment) statistical data combined with labor-management statistical data to unlock a holistic overview of long-term planning capabilities and to provide the ability for stakeholders to collaborate in real-time.

No. WMSs supports the ERP as an execution system for warehouse inventory and distribution management that provides functionality around daily planning, storage, labor, directing, and controlling the utilization of resources within, and out of a warehouse. WMSs are NOT designed for connecting, collecting, visualizing datasets outside of their environment. Nor do WMSs have the ability to communicate and collaborate in their system in providing the users a better reporting experience.   

No. WCS’s perform the “move” logic from the WMS. It is the job of the WCS to move items through conveyors, sortation, print and apply (PandA) printers, semi-automated forklifts, and even robotics.
